"Volume III - Capricornus and its Decan Constellations"

Capricornus and its Decan Constellations.

Aquila

On the Denderah Zodiac, Aquila may be the duck, goose or bird to the left of the wing of Sagittarius.    Above it is Hercules.
Since Aquila is seen as a netjeru in animal form, it represents a pure force of nature.

It is also possible that the above image on the Denderah Zodiac behind Pegasus and below Lyra, the hawk or eagle to the left of Hercules is Aquila, and just below it we see a small chicken, duck or goose known as Cygnus, which may have a star below it.

Aquila on Grand Temple at Decan 18 above Capricornus we see it as a hawk figure.
If Aquila is an eagle, then it can be related to the vulture of Isis.

Aquila on ESNE Plate 87, lower section is seen as a duck image, below Capricornus.

Aquila as a duck sign in the Egyptian hieroglyphs means "son."
