Saturn
On the Denderah Zodiac standing behind Virgo, Saturn is seen as a male figure with the Egyptian waas scepter and a face like a swine or bovine-like animal.
Seen in the Coptic as Refe, Refan, Remphan, which means restoring. Note the similarity to the Egyptian Reshef (Reshpu). |

On the Grand Temple the horned deity may be Saturn located above Decan 6-7, between Libra and Virgo. Note that the hawk (Hor or Aquila) is perched on an object (possibly a bull, ka) directly behind the head of Saturn. ![]()
One source claims that Saturn is "recognized by the ancients as the ‘Ancient of Days.’ His (Saturn) position between Libra and Virgo defines a Last Judgment." Saturn is connected to Time, and "marks the day of the last judgment."
