- Babylonian #21 Nūru-aūtu.
- In the Taurus star names we see a Aldebaran, which is connected to the Babylonian #7 Surnarkabtiautu.
- Sometimes this Euphratean figure was varied to that of a Censer, and frequently to a Lamp; Strassmaier confirming this by his translation of an inscription as die Lampe als Nuru, the Solar Lamp, synonymous with Bir, the Light, also found for the sky figure.
- Babylonian #22 Nūru-ailtānu.
- In the Taurus star names we see a Aldebaran, which is connected to the Babylonian #6 Surnarkabtiailtānu.

- Sumerian umbin: nail; claw; talon; hoof; nail impression (on a clay tablet); hair pin; wheel (of a chariot, wagon).
- Another source shows Arabic lunar station #14 Al Zuban'ah (a Cancri), Al Zaban' (Birfuni).
- To Rolleston it is the 16th manzil of the lunar mansion, called "Al Zubena, the redeeming (gain, Dan. 2:8)."

Bullinger, page 45 "Arabic is Al Zubena, purchase, or redemption (gain). Coptic, Lambadia, station (or house) of propitiation (from Arabic LAM, graciousness, and Arabic badia, branch). Latin Libra, shows weighing- (Vulgate Isa. 40:12)." "Zugas, Greek Septuagint Isa. 40:12; Revelation 6:5."
- The Coptic Mansion of the moon according to Kircher is pritithi, elsewhere the name of Aquarius, associated with Azubene, Ahubene, horns of Scorpius, No Latin or Arabic transliteration, connection to Al Jubana, The Claws (Azebone).
- Richard H. Allen states: Manetho and Achilles Tatios said that Libra originated in Egypt; it plainly appears on the Denderah planisphere and elsewhere simply as a Scale-beam, a symbol of the Nilometer. Kircher gave its Coptic-Egyptian title as Lambadia, Statio Propitiationis (meaning station of propitation), which will be more fitting to be in Virgo.
